This Refund Policy explains when refunds, cancellations, credits, or account changes may be available for membership, courses, downloadable resources, workshops, coaching, and other paid products or services offered through GiveawayLearning.com (collectively, the "Offers"). By purchasing an Offer, you agree to this Refund Policy.

 1. Memberships and Subscription Plans Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the next renewal date. Payments already processed are generally non-refundable, including partial billing periods, except where required by law or where otherwise stated on the applicable sales page. If you cancel a membership, you will continue to have access through the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not retroactively cancel or refund the current subscription period. 

 2. Self-Paced Courses Unless a different refund guarantee is clearly stated on the course sales page or at checkout, purchases of self-paced courses are final once access has been granted. Because course materials may be viewed, saved, or revisited immediately after purchase, refunds are typically not available after enrollment unless required by law. If a specific course includes a limited refund period, the request must be received within the stated timeframe and before substantial use of the course. Substantial use may include downloading materials, completing assignments, watching a meaningful portion of lessons, or otherwise consuming a significant amount of the course content. 

 3. Live Workshops, Cohort Programs, Coaching, and Events If GiveawayLearning.com offers live workshops, group programs, coaching, tutoring, or scheduled events, refund eligibility may depend on the amount of advance notice provided before the start date. Unless otherwise stated on the offer page, requests made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, less any non-refundable processing or administrative fees. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the scheduled start date, or after the event or program has begun, are generally non-refundable. If we cancel a live Offer and do not provide a reasonable substitute, rescheduled date, or credit option, you will be eligible for a refund of the amount you paid for that Offer. 

 4. Promotional Offers, Bundles, and Discounts Purchases made using promotional pricing, limited-time discounts, bundled packages, scholarships, or special access codes may be subject to separate refund terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, discounted or bonus-based purchases are non-refundable. 

 5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us with your full name, the email address used for purchase, the name of the Offer, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of your request. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within any stated refund window. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase and evaluate eligibility. 

 6. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for processing, although the exact timing may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. If a refund is granted, we may suspend or revoke access to the refunded Offer, including any associated community, course materials, or member benefits. 

 7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes If you believe you were charged in error, we encourage you to contact us first so we can review the issue and try to resolve it promptly. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to an Offer may result in suspension or termination of your account while the matter is investigated. 

 8. Exceptions Required by Law Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law. If the law in your jurisdiction provides refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or warranty rights that cannot be waived, those rights will apply to the extent required.
